What's new in my music palette?
This song of course!
You know, I couldn't stop listening to this song when I was out with my support worker today. It reminded me of The Story Makers' Tales From Far Away segments, where tales from all over the world are told in various forms of puppetry, like the donkey one featured in the VHS 'Park & Other Stories', which is told through shadow puppetry.
Aside from that, I had a pretty sickening day today. My support worker had to go to the toilet two times today - but thank god he didn't go to get any nappies, because I'm not, as Horrid Henry calls his brother Perfect Peter, a 'smelly nappy baby'. Nappies are really reserved for his baby daughter anyway. In the meantime, we got my favourite caramel hot chocolate from the Co-Op. I wanted to show my support worker my poems I wrote this morning - one about me and Penelope, the other based on 100 Greatest Cartoons. Unfortunately, Nine Lives contains distressing subject matter involving characters Droopy and Roger Rabbit which might be too upsetting for those who grew up with these characters.
Anyway, we took a drive, and it made me so woozy we went home, and I crashed out in bed. Simple as that, I'd imagine.
