Fox & Friends

Today, my support worker took me for a drive around Loch Brora first thing. While we drove, we talked about her daughter going to an adventure camp with canoeing and rock climbing and everything, while the other subject we talked about is In The Night Garden, which my support worker can't stop watching with her kids - especially how Igglepiggle feels when he gets shocked, scared or upset. We matched everyone in the garden up to their real life personas:
Igglepiggle - a little boy
Upsy Daisy - a little girl
The Tombliboos - toddlers
Makka Pakka - a 4 year old
Haahoos - grownups
Pontipines - an old fashioned family
My support worker also told me that her son's baby boy loved watching Raa Raa The Noisy Lion on her phone. "Presents! For everyone!" I wonder how he feels about Raa Raa's hyperactive monkey friend Ooo Ooo? However, while up the mountain path I was beginning to feel a bit sick. My tummy acid was swirling and my sinus was hurting from too much fresh air. So my support worker had to turn back, and once we got to Loch Brora I had some Belvita biscuits and soon I felt much better. While there, before or after our walk(?), my support worker told me about this group called 'Fox & Friends' which features a group for autistic and disabled adults. I was like, "Yeah! Let's go for it!" and my support worker was like, "Okay, yeah, whatever." I also told her that I wanted to enter one of the library's competitions, so she asked me to go on the library's website to find out about any competitions that were on.

Later, we went to have our lunch at three different places, which inspired me to do a Plenty Of Hugs story, Lunch In Three Places. I'll tell you more later. We got my chocolate muffin from Harry Gow's, my drink from the Co-Op and a bacon and cheese roll from Poppy's. Well, Poppy's was bright and colourful today, what with Mickey Mouse and Jerry on the menu, a Winnie The Pooh bag with the Hundred Acre Wood heroes posing dramatically and comically, a Victoria Sponge cake and chocolate brownies. And guess what? I went in! Clever old you, me. We went to have our lunch at the fields, and it was here that I thought up who was going to be in my story - Furaha and her brother and best friend Orko would be there of course, but their cousin Lanka and her guardian angel Override would be there too. And introducing Lanka's little brother, who I call 'Stanny'. Stanny, like Arnold in Kipper and the toddler wolf with the lollipop in Sheeep, doesn't talk, but instead can communicate through body language and gestures. I also saw some birds on my trip out: ducks, swans and...eh...Gilly Plums? I may have to figure it out. These birds inspired three cafe settings in Lunch In Three Places:
The Blissful Swan (Lanka & Stanny's favourite restaurant)
The DuckNBarn (Furaha's favourite restaurant)
The Gilly Plum (Orko's favourite restaurant)

Override, since she can't consume human food of course, will wait outside for them and take them to the restaurant. So anyway, we went to the library and my support worker got out a craft bag for me - the last one in stock!

And that was basically it for the time being, kids, because now I'm full as an obese treasure box. My support worker made me happy and healthy, and I'm glad I don't grind me'teeth anymore! Woohoo!

"But will she join the ranks of the ever indestructible Fox & Friends? Stay tuned to find out!"

To Be Continued....
