The Meaning Of Life - The Palace Bathroom

Furaha and Orko opened the massive door of the palace bathroom. They couldn’t believe their eyes, and Furaha cooed in awe. The whole bathroom was coloured a shiny dolphin-skin blue, with golden lining on the bath, the wash basin and even the toilet. It was so beautiful that Orko just had to explore it with Furaha by his side. Just then, he picked Furaha up and sniffed. “Pee-yew!” he said playfully, “What a stinky smell! Sounds like you need a bath.” Furaha squealed with joy and clapped her paws. She always loved a bath. Orko ran the bath at a warm temperature and added lots of satin-scented bubble bath. He lifted Furaha into the water and began to scrub her all over with the purest, gentlest body wash and the loveliest, latheriest sponge. Furaha felt soothed and calm from the effect of the orange sponge brushing up against her fur. Then Orko popped a golden rubber duck into the water, and let Furaha watch it bob up and down. Sometimes, he made it duck into the water and ask, “Where did it go? Huh? Where did it go?” Furaha would grab hold of it and chew on it as if it were a teething ring. “Oh no! A monster has eaten the innocent duck ship! Everyone abandon the boat! Lions and children first!” The two laughed over such a playful joke. When it was time to get out, Orko dried Furaha with a soft, fluffy towel and tickled her toes as he did it., rubbing under her arms and sniffing them to check if there is any stinkiness abound and polishing her tail like it’s a precious brass kettle. At last, he began to carry Furaha in his arms out of the bathroom to explore more of the palace.
