It's the Jubilee weekend - happy Platinum birthday, your majesty! And what better way to celebrate than with my favourite way to ring in any royal celebration - cupcakes! These ones are for the diamond jubilee, which happened when I was 12, but you can make them for the Platinum Jubilee or a Platinum Jubilee tea party if you like.
