We're going on a virtual playdate today, and we're doing what Bluey and Bingo did with Muffin and Socks in today's new Bluey adventure, Faceytalk! First, we need to spruce up the backgrounds a bit. Choose from six fun backgrounds for kids to use, or, if your options are getting old, try out these backgrounds from Disney, Trolls and Sesame Street, some fun PBS backgrounds or those cute CBeebies backgrounds featuring Hey Duggee and Love Monster. Now it's time for some fun - start with some fun games that kids can play with their friends and family via video call, or some creative ways to spend a virtual playdate - reading stories and using stickers are both a good idea. When you're in need of a story, these well-written books which you can share on virtual playdates are a great example to start up a book club with friends - Klawde: Evil Alien Warlord Cat and Wedgie & Gizmo are perfect for animal lovers. Or, if you want to watch a bit of Llama Llama or Chip & Potato, get out the popcorn and snacks and set up a virtual Netflix watch party! If you haven't got Netflix, other streaming services like Disney+ and BBC iPlayer would do good. Which reminds me...
