Sleep Stories & The Book People's Bedtime Story Contest

Remember Sleep Stories? Y'know, my short stories which I used to tell myself before bed about my six-year-old self, Luke, Resus, Cleo, Bluey and Bingo engaging in gentle situations, and one story revolved around comfort when I got attacked by two bullies in the park? Well, I have plans for it and I'm doing it again sometime next February as part of my new bid to get self-published. I'll retain my gentle original stories, but this time I'll do simplified bedtime versions of familiar stories from both the Scream Street and Bluey TV series, so they're suitable for younger children. And this is a competition I heard about when I was in that prison of a secondary school - the Book People's Bedtime Story Competition. Shame there's not one aimed for adults, though, but this image of a little girl wearing fairy wings hugging a purple dog? If I were to make a story about that, I would call it 'The Magic Purple Dog'. Find out more about it here:
