I.B.F.Fs: Desire Apology

I am very sorry to tell you that I didn't do the second story for today, I.B.F.Fs: Desire. I was so shocked and anxious when I received the unexpected news that I was getting my Covid-19 jab in two weeks that I had to take a nap to take my mind off it. I just had an idea: I'll do deep breathing exercises every day leading up to my jab so I don't freak out. I'll find all the best websites out there and look up all the best meditation videos...as if that's going to erase my fears of a vaccine!

  1. Deep breathing is an escellent idea. Remember it lasts for a nano second and you will feel so brave and your self esteem will go into orbit.
