Dumping Ground Countdown - Home Alone/Liberty In The DG

This week, the new season of the Dumping Ground is coming on air, which means I've started my very own countdown...with episodes of the actual show! We begin with the very first two-part premiere of the Dumping Ground from January 2013, when CBBC was still green and white and we were still recovering from Tracy Beaker Returns: Home Alone and Liberty In The DG.

    2013 feels like a long time ago to me. I like the illustrated bits in the dumping ground but I wish Mike was in the new series. He made me feel safe, or as though all the kids were in good hands.
