The Night I Showed The Night Garden To Grandma

"Be quiet if you please! Stop screaming! It's far too loud for our little wooden ears!"

This is the episode I watched last week when paramedics came and took Grandma to hospital. Parents be warned: you won't be able to stand another minute of Upsy Daisy's loud, noisy, shrill, horrible singing, but you'll adore Makka Pakka like my mum did during this episode, especially the hilarious part where he trips and falls over one of the stones he cleans with his manky old sponge! The characters in the garden and the narrator like Upsy Daisy's singing, but not the poor Pontipines - they never get any rest because of the loud, noisy ballerina-flower-dolly-little girl hybrid and her annoying megaphone and always come out of their tiny little house with their hands clapped over their ears whenever she starts screeching into her megaphone!

  1. I love Makka Pakka but the singing flower girl is hard to hear.
