I've been an absolute hero when my grandma collapsed (in her own poop, YUCK!) and had to be sent to hospital, but now I'm going to be more of a hero because I'm sending stories not only to Grandma, but also to the young patients in the children's ward. They are mini stories done only on two sides of pieces of paper, and I'll allow the nurses to read them out to the sick children who need cheering up this Christmas. They'll be enticed by tales of my adventures with my friends Luke, Resus, Cleo and Bluey, and maybe they'll ask the Make-A-Wish Foundation to make them writers themselves! Here is my selection of stories:

The first story is based on this gorgeous dream I had, where Luke, Resus, Cleo, Dig, Lulu and I all lazed about all day in this glamourous red and white house. Inside, we were treated like royalty. We lazed on our white leather sofa eating white chocolates and drinking fizzy blackcurrant juice as Dig was fed dog biccies and Lulu, wearing a diamond collar, drank blood out of a pearl glass. We relaxed and splashed in our hot tub and power shower, and slept in a cosy, soft, golden silk bed. Dig and Lulu had a luxurious bone-shaped bath tub and a soft velvet dog basket to sleep in.
The next story tells of how lucky Luke, Resus, Cleo, Luella and I were to fly first class on an aeroplane, while other unlucky CBBC characters got sick and threw up while flying economy (okay, not a thing to read to young hospital patients, but that's something Dr. Chris and Dr. Xand would recommend). Flying first class was like being in a mini-palace in the sky - our own private suite with comfy chairs to recline in and baskets filled with chocolates and crisps. Luxury beds. Flight stewards at our beck and call when we wanted an extra burger - or three. Non-stop ice cream and drinks and three-course meals and TV and games. Your favourite things brought to you with a snap of your fingers as you reclined in your fabulous comfy chair with fluffy pillows. Best of all, we enjoyed it so much we never got sick or threw up - unlike the mess caused in economy class! It was much like my favourite story in Horrid Henry: Up, Up & Away, you should totally read it to find out more about first class flights.
This story is inspired by my trips to Harry Gow's (when there was no stupid pandemic) and a scene in my favourite Christmas special, The Snowy Day, which will air on Disney Channel in the US this December, where Peter and Layla enter the bakers' and marvel at all the delicious biscuits while Peter tries Hanukkah gelt. I'm still glad I got that Clangers mug and those chocolate coins from Factory last year, and I'll never forget those gifts that inspired me to do 'I.B.F.Fs: The 12 Coins Of Christmas'. Anyway, Luke, Resus, Cleo, Bluey and Chloe and I were playing at being knights trying to look for refugee on a cold Winters' day, when we entered Harry Gow's and found my friends' parents waiting for me. We then had soup, bread and cake together, complete with servings of the chocolate muffins and hot chocolate I really love...but I miss dearly. Don't worry, it'll be another year to go before we go back to normal.
"So many cookies...I could eat every single one!"
-Layla, 'The Snowy Day'

In this story, Luke, Resus, Cleo, Luella, Bluey, Bingo, Mum, Dad, Uncle Stripe, Aunt Trixie, Muffin, Socks, Nana, Uncle Rad, Frisky, Snickers, Dog, Pug and Calypso all went on a five-star cruise ship for our holiday, and trust me, it was like taking a holiday in Heaven! There were so many things to do for us on this ship - a restaurant similar to Gobble & Go with burgers, chips, pizza and ice cream, 50 pools, wave machines, room service, a spa, shops, a surf and skydiving stimulator, a sports court, fitness classes, a pool table, scrapbooking, table tennis, whirlpools, outdoor film nights, activity groups, an arcade, bars and lounges, a trapeze school, a solarium, dodgem cars, wine tasting (Frisky and Aunt Trixie would love that), a rock climbing wall, jewelry making, salsa dancing, teen disco, adventure science lab, dance classes, Latin dance classes, cupcake classes, sushi-making class, archery, a music hall, a water park and a pizza restaurant. I bet the children in the ward hearing this would love to go on a cruise as a treat for being brave during certain operations!

The next story is a simple I.B.F.F Diaries-themed Winter story and sees the I.B.F.Fs conversing with their friends while sharing scrambled eggs on toast (it's inspired by the breakfast I had this morning) and watching CBBC in the lounge.

This next simple short story is themed around Me, You, And Transformers Cybertron and features Furaha and her big mate Jetfire sharing a playful moment over watching a nature documentary about the Australian outback in the Autobot base.

This story tells of my Winter walk with Luke, Resus, Cleo, Bluey, Bingo, Muffin, Socks, Mum, Dad, Uncle Stripe, Aunt Trixie, Nana, Uncle Rad and Frisky, all about our epic snowball fight, how we warmed up coming back to Uncle Stripe's house with cookies and cocoa and how cute Muffin looks in her little Winter woollies! I bet some of the kids in the ward love Bluey.

This is my way to introduce the children in the ward to the Bluey episode 'Movies' and sees Luke, Resus, Cleo, Horrid Henry, Perfect Peter, Pimply Paul, Prissy Polly, Vomiting Vera, Twilight Sparkle, Spike the dragon, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash going with Bluey, Bingo and Dad to see the Chutney Chimp movie at the cinema. Chloe lead Fluttershy, Polly, Vera and Peter off to see the princess film she's excited about, Pinkie had her arms full of cinema snacks and I bravely helped Bluey confront her fear of the scary scene in the film. Later, we went back to Pimply Paul's place for pizza and chill.

This story was inspired by British tea time and one of my favourite scenes in Horrid Henry: The Movie - y'know, one where Rich Aunt Ruby, Stuck Up Steve, Prissy Polly and Vomiting Vera come round for tea. I had set up this nice kind of British tea for my guests to enjoy. I had invited Bluey, Bingo, Mum, Dad, Uncle Stripe, Aunt Trixie, Nana, Muffin, Socks, Uncle Rad, Frisky, Luke, Resus, Cleo, the kids of the Dumping Ground, Mike and May-Li to enjoy the wide spread I had provided for them. Nice guests to have round for tea, right?

This I.B.F.F Diaries '17 stories follows one of Ricky's antics during the new series of Art Ninja, when he, Tilly and the I.B.F.Fs went to get some breakfast from the grocery store and Templeton accidentally brought a hatching toy egg thinking it was a real breakfast egg!
Another story themed around I.B.F.F Diaries '17's Art Ninja-related stories sees Ricky and his friends from Cackles' Academy take drastic action and swear revenge after Sarah gets sued for ripping off an element of Harry Potter.

Finally, this story is set during 'The Sleepover' and sees Uncle Stripe and Aunt Trixie spending the night while Muffin is at Bluey's house, getting Socks to bed and enjoying pizza in front of the TV. Just the kind of night in I would like to have if I were Muffin and Socks' mother! No offense, Uncle Stripe.
Soon after, my good deed and my heroic experience of coping with Grandma in hospital and helping sick children through storytelling and familiar characters will be featured on the news, particularly Newsround - unlike most news shows they always show amazing people doing amazing things - that goes for children and grown-ups, too.
WOW!!!! What a post and all those amazing stories for the children in hospital, you've worked really hard to give the children in need something to smile about. That's a wonderful thing to do, truly heroic!!!
