I have something serious to say about new Scream Street character Dr. F: she HATES the F word, she HATES swears, and she HATES Cee Lo Green! Why? Because she hates Cee Lo Green's song 'Forget You'. Just try playing it in front of her face. See what reaction that brings. Six loves that song, though.
Yes, swearing in programmes for children of the age who are watching Scream Street is inappropriate and could be very offensive, I don't like it either, there's a time and a place for all that.
