I have an important announcement to parents whose kids are longtime CBeebies fanatics (and maybe you are too) - everything is becoming too unfamiliar on CBBC and CBeebies right now. Those featuring stars like Steve Backshall, Andy, Mr. Tumble and Dr. Chris and Dr. Xand prove alright, but everything that premiered with new original characters this year, beside Dog Loves Books and Love Monster, has become a little...wierd. This is why I'm here to tell you about two new CBeebies shows that are coming in two weeks - a home edition of the Andy series, named Andy's Dinosaur Toybox, and Tik Tak, a show for infants showing nothing but stimulating imagery, sounds, patterns, games and stories with nobody talking whatsoever, almost like CBeebies' very own Baby Einstein. But since lockdown began, CBeebies and CBBC have gone out of their minds over what children like to see.
A Strictly Come Dancing star is hosting a dance show for kids?!
Mr. Tumble is hosting a storytelling and vlog show from his own home?!
The Baby Club is abandoning its 'exploring random objects' theme and telling grown-ups about various activities to do with their babies?!
AND TIK TAK SHOWS NOTHING BUT IMAGERY THAT'S SIMILAR TO BABY EINSTEIN?!
To escape this mess, I'd rather watch Dog Loves Books, Love Monster, Clangers and Scream Street because they give me good story ideas (Dog Loves Books), they have adult voice actors unlike other shows like Bing and Charlie & Lola which contain child actors and they depart from the rest, not wierding me out in the process. Furthermore, if you want to see episodes of these fun shows, click the links below and head to BBC iPlayer to get watching:
