CBBC's resident footballer ended his career this evening, as Tyler left the Dumping Ground earlier this year, just when the pandemic reached its peek. Jamie, Boggy and Jack will forever be remembered as the ones that defined a moment in CBBC history and brought Mustangs FC to the channel in 2018 - girls, you might say Mustangs FC is a role reversal version of Jamie Johnson, and boys, you might remember Jamie Johnson as your idol...but hey, we still need the celebrities' names to appear on screen ala a variety programme like Blue Peter whenever they appear on the show, right? Right. Still, we have longtime CBBC golden favourite Arthur on the channel, and tomorrow, Binky is starring in a TV commercial. I like sponsorship myself, and I like to recite them off by heart, but Jamie Johnson will forever be kicking a ball in our minds and in our hearts.
