Orko's Vacation

(Furaha, Orko, Kiburi and Ua are outside the house. Orko is carrying a knapsack over his shoulder, ready for his trip to Australia.)

KIBURI: Go on, Furaha. Say goodbye.

(Furaha steps up to Orko)

FURAHA: Orko, why do you have to leave?

ORKO: I'm not leaving, Furaha, I'm going on vacation to live with your Aunt Marnie in Australia. I'll be your cousin, Furaha.

FURAHA: Will you take lots of photos?

ORKO: I sure will.

FURAHA: But...what if you don't make it?

ORKO: It'll always be me who looks out for you inside, Furaha. No matter where you go, how many friends you make or what you do, you'll always be my little sister.

FURAHA: And you'll always be my big brother, right?

ORKO: I will.

(Furaha and Orko hug tight, crying)

UA: Look at the time! You'll miss your plane if you don't hurry up.

ORKO: Oh! I'd best head off. Goodbye everyone - and thank you, Furaha!

FURAHA/KIBURI/UA: Goodbye Orko!

FURAHA: Thank you, Orko!

(Orko sets off into the sunset. Furaha begins to cry, huddled by her father's side. Fade into the living room, where Ua and Kiburi comfort and crying Furaha)

KIBURI: It's okay, my little Majuju flower, we'll see him again soon.

UA: Do you think you can manage more future adventures on your own?

FURAHA: Yeah....yeah.

KIBURI: That's the spirit. And you still have your puppy, Rocky.

(Rocky leaps up to Furaha and licks her. She laughs in delight)

UA: Get down, Rocky.

KIBURI: Good boy! Now, Furaha, do you know why I brought this box out?

FURAHA: I think I know why - Orko put his medallion in so I can wear it might he go away.

KIBURI: You got that right, Furaha. I'm letting you wear it just in case you miss him. And you have that picture of you and Orko near your big bed, right?

FURAHA: Yeah.

KIBURI: You can talk to him...

(In Furaha's bedroom, Furaha is talking to Orko in the picture of her and Orko)

FURAHA: ...every night, and we'll always Zoom call each other. Someday, we'll be married and have hideous hybrid abominations of our own. Promise?

Silence.

FURAHA: Yeah. I promise.

(Furaha turns off the light and drifts off to sleep.)

Luxurious Rain - Part 1: Storm Clouds

Deep grey storm clouds were beginning to cover the bright blue sky as rumbles of thunder echoed through the valley, into the meadow where Furaha and her friends were wandering - her brother Orko and their friends Optimus Prime, Wizardmon and Gatomon. “It looks like it’s going to rain,” said Gatomon, holding out her long-clawed paw. “Of course it is. Rain is like the tears of heaven coming down to nourish our dry, cracked land when it needs it most.” said Optimus, “But now that grey clouds are covering the sky, we couldn’t just shelter from it. We must enjoy it. Have fun with it. Experience our freedom and lives in this unique shower of beauty.” Furaha and Orko on the other hand were getting a bit excited. They’ve had fun in the rain before, and they knew a rainy day meant wet play all the time.

Just Me & Orko - Part 1: Hack & Slash Begin The Story

We’re going to read you a story about a little wizard living in the Canadian wilderness who found a new friend just outside his doorstep. Now, in this cosy little forest there is a cosy little luxury house, belonging to a little wizard named Orko. He spends all his days playing alone, poor thing. He had a really soft and cuddly sofa, he had a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi to relax in, but he never really had the time to spend time with others. He sat alone every day thinking to himself, “What if I really had someone to be my friend?” And sometimes he never went out when thoughts of having a friend filled his head. Or maybe yet, a family! But one rainy night, that was all about to change…

Orko's Baby - Part 1: Meet Orko

Once upon a time, there was a little village unlike your’s or mine, full of friendly people and lots of fresh green grass in the gardens. In that village is a particular little house - all red with an orange door, a blue knocker, round windows, and a yellow star-shaped mailbox. In this house lives a little wizard called Orko, who is a stay-at-home kind of person who loves to spend his time performing magic by himself in his study. His spells backfired like always, but some of them always worked. One time he wanted to butter his toast for breakfast, he asked the knife to butter the bread. And guess what? It did! However, Orko was feeling very lonely, and wanted to start a family. At any time whether he’s in the bath, in bed, in the kitchen eating dinner or in his studies, he sat in silence, thinking about starting a family of his own. But he had no wife, so what was the problem? Then, came the night the wishing star sparkled in the sky like a thousand diamonds.

Vortex: A Me, You, And...Legend - Part 1: Welcome To Vortex

Welcome to Vortex, a place for cubs without parents. Although these deserving cubs don’t have parents in this world, they are free to roam and learn to survive for themselves. But how do they get there, do you ask? Well, when their parents die and they’re left alone, a portal opens nearby leading to said world, and the cub enters. However, there’s one catch - to avoid memories of their past catching up to them, their memories are wiped clean the moment they enter the portal. For Vortex is a world apart from our own, and there is one rule: there is no talking about your horrible past. If you do, you don’t say anything at all, and no word of your former life comes out of your mouth. But in this world, there is a way. There is somewhere to put the past in the past and live in the present. Somewhere, where you can run free.

I WISH I could watch this series on Netflix if I had it. Why, if I had Netflix, I could do whatever I want! Watch whatever I want, I mean, because this is one of the shows I want to watch: Snack Vs Chef. It's a cooking competition involving chefs making their own snacks such as Kitkats, Oreos, crisps and Ho Hos - they're all delicious and thrilling for you, but be careful. If you have an itchy bum or a sugar crash, I'd recommend you'd not watch it 'til lunch time.

What A Beautiful World We Share - Part 1: Nature

Nature, for its primeval ways, can be so beautiful in most cases. Among swaying green grass, lusciously lazy rivers and comfortable clouds which form shapes in the sky, there’s a meaning in every single thing we come across. Every single rock. Tree. Bird. Beast. Our rains fall for the nature that is around us. Because for us, being outside can mean happiness and life, for our lives are swiftly pulling us away from our technological modern life and bringing us to a world of beautiful places untouched by man, woman, lion, Digimon, Autobot or Trollan wizard. This story lets us take a look into the lives of five friends as they explore the beauty and power that nature brings to us humans, or rather, maybe, in a sense, makes it its playground.

Vortex: A Me, You, And...Legend

• Vortex - a boundaryless, natural place for lion cubs without parents. Consists of mountains, deserts, beaches, jungles, forests, grasslands and lots of space to run around.

• When parents die, a portal appears before the cub whose carers have been deceased.

• They enter it into Vortex.

• Furaha, Orko and Optimus Prime (Armada) live in Vortex.

• They may be friends, but inside, they are family.

• Furaha’s mother was killed by her abusive father, who kicked her out of the family.

• She found a portal which lead to Vortex, but her memory was wiped clean as a result.

• Orko was abused by Man-At-Arms and other members of Eternia, but a portal opened up before him and he entered through to Vortex.

• Optimus Prime was exiled from Cybertron by Megatron and his own men, so he entered into Vortex too.

• The three friends love playing together every day.

• Furaha and Orko play together under Optimus’ watchful eye.

• They climb trees.

• They swim in the lake.

• They shelter from the rain.

• They lie down and watch the clouds in the sky.

• They snuggle into the long grass and relax together.

• They always have each other.

• One day, Furaha and Orko are swinging on tree branches.

• Orko bets Furaha can climb higher than him.

• Furaha playfully accepts that bet.

• The two climb for all they’re worth, with Furaha getting more stealth in climbing than Orko.

• She knocks Orko out of the tree when she almost reaches the top, and is shocked to see Orko hurt.

• Orko starts to have painful memories of He Man throwing him off a cliff and him almost dying because he was of no use to Eternians.

• Furaha and Optimus run to their friend.

• Orko begins crying and explaining it all.

• Furaha comforts Orko and reassures him that his memory might be wiped clean the moment he stepped through the portal.

• Orko doesn’t want to tell all.

• Optimus takes Furaha and Orko to a grand tree in the middle of the forest nearby.

• He explains that deep within the branches, there’s a sign that he will soon forget about his horrid memories with He Man and feel for himself.

• Some dried up gourds hang off this beautiful, leafy green tree.

• Optimus picks one gourd and cracks it, revealing blue, sticky liquid.

• He paints himself on the bark of the tree.

• Furaha paints herself, and Orko paints himself.

• Optimus draws lines connecting him and his friends, and explains that they are connected in a bloodless family tree.

• Furaha and Orko have yet to understand the phrase ‘not linked by blood’.

• Furaha and Orko play around the tree while Optimus watches.

• They climb up the trunk and swing from the branches together.

• They eat apples produced from Orko’s sleeve.

• They hide around the tree and try to find each other.

• As Optimus rests near the tree, Furaha and Orko sneak up behind their friend and leap onto him, causing him to laugh and chase them around the tree.

• The next day, Orko lies in the middle of the grasslands, watching an eagle fly overhead.

• A bad memory almost comes to him, and he tries to shake it off.

• Orko peers through the grass while lying on his tummy and sees a pride of lion cubs playing and pouncing nearby.

• Orko is charmed, but is unaware that Furaha is prowling behind him, practising her hunting skills.

• Furaha leaps!

• She pounces onto Orko!

• The two laugh, and at once Orko is cured of his bad memories.

• Furaha tickles Orko.

• Orko tickles her back.

• Furaha and Orko run into a meadow of fresh green grass and play together, as the wind blows and shadows of the clouds move over the grass.

• Optimus watches over them.

• Furaha calls for him to join them.

• Optimus nearly thinks back to being exiled by his own men.

• Furaha reassures Optimus that he doesn’t have to think about it anymore, and she knows what he wants from his little friends.

• Optimus thinks for a moment, then grabs Furaha in his arms and hugs her.

• Orko cheers Optimus.

• Optimus runs to join Furaha and Orko in their game.

• They roll down steep hills.

• The hills are so steep in fact that Optimus has to carry Furaha on his shoulders must her little legs hurt. Orko can float.

• The friends enjoy rolling down hills so much!

• Furaha and Orko run with the shadows of the clouds, but Optimus grabs them and they land on the grass, laughing.

• That night, Furaha, Orko and Optimus lie head to head on the grass and look up at the beautiful night sky.

Gorgeous: A 我、你、還有…Tale

• Royal Palace - A majestic Japanese/Chinese building with red roofs and golden walls. Grand red doors.

• Palace Playroom - Like a mixture of the Hyakuya Orphanage from ‘Seraph To The End’ and Wanchai’s 7X Smarter Playroom. Red walls, cushions, pillows and duvets in the corner, and toys neatly put on the shelves. The bulletin board - motivational messages and cute images.

• Orko and toddler Furaha.

• Playing in the playroom.

• Furaha pushes a wagon along the room containing a doll and a teddy bear.

• Orko helps her along.

• Furaha gets them to the giant train drawing that is painted on the windows of the playroom.

• Orko gets out a dinosaur soft toy and challenges Furaha to a ‘fight’.

• Furaha gets out a monkey, and the two begin playfully duelling with their toys.

• Turns into a chase around the playroom. Furaha chases Orko while the two laugh crazily.

• Furaha pounces onto Orko. The two laugh in exhaustion.

• Furaha decides to play on the rocking horse.

• Orko sings a Chinese-language rendition of ‘Horsey Horsey’.

• Furaha rocks too fast and is sent flying.

• She lands onto the pillows and cushions just before Orko could catch her. She laughs in joy.

• Orko takes Furaha onto his unseen knees and gives her a ride, trotting, then cantering, then galloping like a horse.

• He then cuddles her, then tickles her tummy, causing her to laugh.

• Furaha and Orko look out the window.

• It is snowing outside.

• It is the perfect time to relax in the onsen in the palace gardens.

• Just in time - Mushu enters and asks if they want to join the other students in the onsen.

• “Yes master!”

• Furaha agrees by nodding and clapping in delight.

• It is warm outside in the onsen, while the snow blows around everyone.

• Onsen in palace gardens - similar to or inspired by Yufuin Onsen in Japan. Warm water, even amongst the snow.

• Mushu’s students - Jetfire, Tenderheart Bear, Hack, Slash, Timon, Pumbaa, Shaggy and Scooby Doo - are all relaxing and enjoying themselves in the water, while soothing Chinese music plays faintly far away.

• Furaha and Orko enter the water and feel warm amongst the snow.

• Orko teaches little Furaha how to swim.

• Furaha swims towards Scooby Doo, who scoops her up in his arms.

• All the students gather to adore Furaha as Orko watches proudly.

• Timon offers Furaha a bowl of grub he and Pumbaa were saving as their onsen snacks.

• Timon feeds Furaha some grub as if she was a baby again.

• She swallows and reacts with her tongue hanging out, which causes all the students to say “Aaaaaawwww.” in appreciation.

• Later, the students continue relaxing.

• Furaha and Orko are lying head to tip-of-hat in the middle of the onsen.

• Furaha has an idea.

• While Orko is relaxing, she swims up to him and splashes him.

• Orko splashes her back.

• The two splash each other, laughing in joy.

• Suddenly, Furaha swims to the edge of the onsen.

• Visible and clear in the fog - a house with smoke pouring out of its chimney.

• Orko teaches Furaha that the smoke within this house comes from the deceased dragons that used to roam China in the past, and those are what gave his friends the courage to enter Mushu’s palace and learn martial arts for….reasons.

• Furaha giggles at the term ‘martial arts for…reasons’.

• Furaha and Orko watch the smoke coming from the chimney and try to guess which shapes the smoke makes.

• Furaha uses her onsen towel as a scarf.

• This makes Orko laugh.

• Furaha sprinkles snow from the side of the onsen onto Slash’s head.

• Slash shivers from the cold, and Hack laughs with him.

• Furaha suddenly notices a tree near the onsen.

• The onsen tree - grand, beautiful, covered in snow.
