Watch out! The Tickle Crabs are coming! Actual red shelled crabs come from the beach, but Bluey and Bingo are tickle crabs that come from the comfort of their own home - turned into a beach! When Bluey goes to the actual beach, she loves the feel of sand in between her fingers. She also loves the feel of sensory dough, too, and that's exactly what you're going to make - sand dough, au naturale! Bluey and everyone in her world doesn't wear clothes anyway.

The Claw - Fun Things Kids Can Do With Their Stuffed Animals
Bluey, Bingo, Chilli and Bandit played their Claw game with a multitude of stuffed animals. Mind you, my favourite part of the game was the very end, when Bluey and Bingo playfully attacked Bandit as Chilli cheered them on. Bluey and Bingo play other games with their stuffed animals too, controlling them like puppets and making them speak in funny voices. Maybe your kids would have fun doing the same!

I.B.F.Fs - Scream Street Masks & Party Pack & Bluey 'The Beach' Colouring Sheet
New to this blog? Then you haven't lived to see Bluey and Scream Street. To introduce yourself to Luke, Resus, Cleo, Bluey and Bingo, print out these masks of Luke, Resus, Cleo and Sir Otto Sneer, then after you've worn them, colour in a cute picture of Bluey and Bingo chasing seagulls at the beach. You'll thank me later!
I.B.F.Fs - Two New Stories - Jervis Bay & Time Travel
I've decided to replace my stories 'Movies' and 'Monster HQ' with two new original stories: 'Jervis Bay' and 'Time Travel'. Allow me to explain - these ideas popped into my head this morning, and now I'll tell you about it.
Jervis Bay
Jervis Bay is the real version of the Scream Street episode 'The Brown Lagoon'. In it, Mr. Watson is stressed out by the previous few weeks, but Mrs. Watsons suggests she, Luke, Resus, Cleo and me take him camping in Jervis Bay. We set off in the family campervan, and it's all smooth sailing when we get to the campsite, until we find our friends and their families are there: Luella, Dixon, Bluey, Bingo, Lila, Muffin, Socks, Mackenzie, Honey and Chloe. It seems like Jervis Bay is such a relaxing place - sit around the campfire, watch for whales and paddle in the ocean! Also, Jervis Bay is based on a real place over in Bluey's homeland of Australia.
Time Travel
Luke, Resus, Cleo and I recieve a surprise package one day - it's a rubber duck, but it's actually a time travel device that can transport us anywhere in time. Doing so, we transport ourselves to the events of four episodes of Scream Street and Bluey: Scream Clean, Magic Xylophone, Nightmare Neighbour and Cafe. This story is inspired by an Ice Age short I used to see a long time ago, named 'No Time For Nuts' starring Scrat.
Want to find out what Jervis Bay is? Click here to find out:
I.B.F.Fs: Imaginary Best Friends Forever - Prologue: Meet The I.B.F.Fs
The four-story full-length Scream Street/Bluey extravaganza begins! Today I have put up a short prologue talking about Luke, Resus, Cleo, Bluey and Bingo and why they are my siblings and next-door neighbours, but don't worry, the first story, 'A Place To Sleep', will appear on my blog next Tuesday!💝

When A Show From CBBC Rudely Parodies A CBeebies Show I Used To Love...
See the reason why here:
Please, don't watch CBBC until it acknowledges their suffering, and airs Scream Street all year round. The residents of Scream Street this year are counting on YOU.
Text Me A Story, Lee-Anne - The Gunfire & Uncle Rad Babysits
Lee-Anne isn't taking me out tomorrow, and that's okay, because that gives me plenty of time to tell Sally and Libby two stories via text. These are ones I thought up, featuring the I.B.F.Fs.
The Gunfire
The first story, I'll text to Sally and is a remake of the first chapter of Scream Street: Fang Of The Vampire. In the story, I try to chase werewolf Luke across the graveyard while he is chasing Steven Black, but when he is chasing the chihuahua, I am shot in the side. It is there that Luke comes to my aide and gives me empathy.
Uncle Rad Babysits
The second story, I'll text to Libby and is sort of inspired by the Kid-E-Cats episode 'Uncle Muffin'. In it, Uncle Rad comes to babysit me, Luke, Resus and Cleo and we start having fun instantly - throwing cakes and biscuits into our mouths, sliding down banisters, skating in the living room, bouncing on the sofa and having a pillow fight.
I'll turn them into texts someday, so stay tuned!
Beat Those January Blues!
I don't know about you, but doing all these activities in the link below sounds like a very good idea. You can have a duvet day any time when you're not doing work, with cookies and Squashums and Flakes and everything else you can think of. As for muting the telly and re-voicing all your favourite characters, I've seen them do that in Youtube videos and it's really really easy! If you're watching CBBC and are instantly annoyed, this is a good chance to make fun of it if you're annoyed at them for taking off Scream Street! You can mash-up Ninja Express with Danger Mouse and make your own Dave Lamb-style narration, or make other CBBC characters such as Dennis and Gnasher talk about why they want Scream Street back. It is Veganuary after all!
If I Wrote Tish Tash
I'm afraid to say that Tish Tash has already been made into a TV series on CBeebies. However, I have different ideas. If I were to make it into a book series before the TV series was eventually made, I would've brought Tish Tash into a whole new light! In these stories, Tash wouldn't pop in every now and then, instead she would be the family's magical adopted sister. Here are the episodes I saw which would make good stories for me to write.
Traffic Jam.
Tish, Tash and Bobby are at the beach. Bobby refuses to believe in mermaids, because they're for girls, so Tash takes them underwater, where they become mermaids themselves and challenge King Neptune's guards to a race around the palace using seahorses.
The Ant's Cookie.
Tish is concerned about the giant hole in the sandpit, but Tash believes it's actually a portal to Antropolis! Tish and Tash set off on a big adventure through the hole, discovering a world where you are an artistic tool.
A Fair Share.
On a picnic, Tish and Tash set off on a walk through the forest, and encounter a giant house made of candy. It's all fair until they discover a wicked old witch is living there. Tish and Tash learn to say no, run away and tell a grownup about what they've seen - the three rules of stranger danger.
Not My Fault.
Tish is sent to her room after crashing her football through the window, but then she and Tash are sucked through a portal into the Dark Realm, where Tash is kidnapped by the dragon. Tish must overcome the dark obstacles of this forbidden world to save her.
Space Frame.
Tash is down with an itchy rash all over her body, which messes with her magical powers. She gives Tish her magic bubble wand and asks her to go to Planet Scratch to get another supply of soothing strawberry-scented itch relief cream since they've all ran out.
Weekly Shop.
While out shopping with Dad, Tish and Tash find a magical portal in the frozen food section which leads them to a racecourse made entirely out of beverages from an average supermarket. The race is on to get all the things from the list in time, and when Dad discovers he becomes their racecar!
The Missing Tortoise.
When her turtle figurine takes a holiday in Australia, Tish and Tash head down under to find him. They have to venture into the Fluffunder Cave and fight off giant snakes, mutant kangaroos and giant beach balls to look for Tish's missing figurine.
Lights Out.
Bobby discovers a mine cart and a magical doorway in his room, and he disappears! Tish and Tash must venture into the Blue Diamond Mines with Tish's new unicorn torch to find him.
Can't Sleep.
On the night before her first ballet exam, Tish can't sleep. Tash appears to take her further into the sky to Dreamland, where dreaming really hard takes the two sisters to Swan Park, a peaceful place where swans roam free.
Copycat Bro.
Tish and Bobby are playing with Tish's pony dolls when a doorway opens up under Tish's bed. It leads to Pony Kingdom, where all the ponies are in fear of a red, bird-like pterodactyl creature, and Bobby must imitate Tish's actions to save everyone.
Not My Birthday.
Tish, Tash, Tobby and Jeffy are all building things with Tobby's new building set, and they build an archway which leads to the build-it-yourself world of Bric-A-Brac. With the help of a glow-in-the-dark chicken and a talking cactus, they build their dream house.
Learning Curve.
Tish is pretending to conduct her own orchestra, with Tash on the cymbals and Bobby on the drums, but when Bobby quits, Tish discovers that singing is the best way to lead the music. Tish and Tash go to Mozart Mountain, where Tish has to sing to the tune of 'Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy' to get Bobby to come back and play in the orchestra again.
Bobby World.
The story would begin like the episode would, but when Bobby chooses the film he wants to watch, he steals Tash's powers and gets to control the magic in the house. Tish is trapped, and must rely on a powerless Tash to get him through Bobby's own imaginary world.
Play With Your Brother.
Bobby spots a giant tent outside in the garden and is desperate to explore it. Tish and Tash follow, and in an instant, they end up in a world where all his toys - his wobbly figurines, his diggers and his dinosaur - have all come to life in a neon red city.
Never Ending Question.
This version would be similar to Ready For Preschool's 'Learn Some Fun Facts' where Tish, full of questions, goes with Professor Tash to a room filled with various question mark doors. With every door she goes through, she and the readers learn a new fact in a new world.
Interview With A Monster.
This one is easy. Given that the episode premiered last Halloween whilst the horrible new episodes of Scream Street aired over on CBBC, I would make it a crossover. On the night before Halloween, Tish is reading her Scream Street books. Being a huge fan, she asks Tash to transport her to the world of Scream Street. She uses her powers, and they end up with Luke, Resus, Cleo and the other inhabitants of the street, where they have to save them from the wrath of Carla Black. Anyone miss her? I do.
Christmas Tree.
Tish and Tash insist on wearing their fairy costumes all December until Christmas Day, but their fairy costumes are actually magic! They are lead into the wood and into a cottage, home to the Flower Belles. The two sisters ask the fairies to make it more Christmassy in their house, so they lead them back home, but there's one catch: they must turn invisible whenever someone else enters the room.
Monday.
On a hazy Monday morning, Tish crawls under her bedclothes to avoid her mum telling her to get ready for school, but Tash is here too, so they end up in Beddy Bye Land, where Bobby, Tobby and Jeffy are all asleep, they dreams being used to put them to sleep forever. Tish and Tash must find a giant rooster that can wake everyone up and snap them back to reality.
I'm worn out now, but these may be good ideas if Tish Tash were a book series first. Use these as writing prompts - what might you do if you were to write any of the above episodes? Don't forget, instead of getting up early and missing sleep, you can watch Tish Tash anytime on iPlayer. Click the link below to enjoy!

My Trip Out With Sally According to Simba
A real trip out? That's what occurred in Sybil's head the moment she realized Sally would be spending time at her house for the day. My name's Simba, and I'm here to tell you all.The day started like normal, with a trip to ASDA. Remember when Elsa - y'know, the girl with the mane of hair and the loud voice - had a mega-feast of sweets and chocolate with her little sister Pippa? Well, Sybil did the same. She asked Sally for sausage rolls, milk bottle sweets, Cadbury's Flake, Peperami and Coke. I wish I lived in that bed-and-breakfast hotel Elsa stayed at before the fire, then I could have that mega feast. I just heard Sybil confessing that she wants to try apple juice and bacon rolls for breakfast, just like Pippa...In the car, they thought up new story ideas which they could put in their new notebook. First, they thought up two stories based on the new Christmas toys of Sally's sons JJ and Reece - the Goodnight Chase and Marshall toys. For Reece, there could be a story where he and Chase go camping together in Adventure Bay Forest, and for JJ, there would be a story where he and Marshall have a sleepover.Next, they saw two black highland cows in the field, which inspired them to think up Blackhorn & Benny, about two Spanish bulls who long to reunite in the field they were born. Blackhorn is an expert bullfighter, while Benny helps out at the local grocery store. The final story idea of the day was the best one according to Sally, named 'Two Little Sausages'. It was about a dystopian future where dogs take over the world and have become morbidly obese from eating too many sweets and crisps and watching TV shows like The Dog Whisperer. In order to get dogs living with their owners again like they used to, the only hope is to get two dogs named Haggis and Bonnie up on their paws and exercising.Next, they went home, and Sybil treated Sally to watching Scream Street while discussing their ideas further. You can read about my adventures with Luke, Resus and Cleo in the last blog entry. However, Sally's misunderstanding of Luke and Resus' origins caused Sybil to have a mental breakdown - y'know, because she's autistic - so Sally had to spend ten minutes in the living room with her mum and grandma while she recorded all her ideas down in her new notebook. When Sally came back in, that's when the heartwarming part happened. While watching Wall-E, the story that inspired Two Little Sausages, and Finding Nemo, that's when Sybil made the greatest sacrifice of her life - giving one of her notebooks to her support workers. With that, they talked about how school was going recently, and Sally's group, who was learning about climate change and the environment. Sybil recommended she'd watch the Hey Duggee episode 'The Green Planet Badge' with her group to further understand the issue and use everyone's favourite plump brown hound to show how the environment depends on us. You can watch it right here on iPlayer:
Remember, the more acts of kindness we do for each other, the more acts of kindness we do for our planet.
I'm so proud of Sybil for doing this great deed, and you should be too. For someone who refuses to give up her notebooks, she made the right choice. Well done, Sybil! Anyway, my dad's calling me. I'd better go.
"Simba!"
Goodbye!

Scream Street Meets The Lion King
I was bored, so I wrote this fun crossover between Scream Street and The Lion King for your reading pleasure!
While helping Eefa work on a spell, Luke, Resus and Cleo open a portal that transports them to the Pride Lands. They instantly encounter Simba, Zazu, Timon, Pumbaa, Nala and Kiara, and thus, a new journey for everyone's favourite lion - and everyone's favourite werewolf-vampire-mummy trio - begins!
Find out where I got the idea from:
Let's Hop To It, Man! My Things From Kardz & When I Had Lunch At Sea
Let's hop to it! No, this isn't CGi Peter Rabbit, this Peter will be very different when I talk about it - it's the Peter Rabbit we all know and love! So, I went to Kardz in Alness and found a sparkly silver notebook - perfect for writing down your plans and schemes - and two Peter Rabbit diaries. Libby said I could buy a small Peter Rabbit diary - perfect! There were heart shaped balloons behind the counter, and I was fine with this. Minutes later, we had lunch by the sea. I had some tasty-looking Walls' sausage rolls, chocolate waffles, Malteser's Mini Bunnies and Raspberry Ribena. Those were my two favourite parts of the day, and here's what I thought about while eating:
