Guess Who...

16 Star Wars Books To Read At Bedtime

This is one of many Star Wars books to read to younger children at night. In fact, they need these books to reassure them after seeing Star Wars: Galaxy Of Sounds before bed. If you don't own Disney+, you should stick to CBeebies Daydreams on iPlayer, but these books are at the top of the food chain when it comes to watching a violent mindfulness show. Darth Vader using the force upon his peers, epic battles, emotional moments, robots hitting each other...this may be the stuff of nightmares, but don't fear, these books are on hand to save budding galaxy explorers everywhere!

Will The Real Santa Please Stand Up?

This is the Hey Duggee Lightshow River Boat, one of many items featured on the following list of gifts themed to Bluey, Hey Duggee and Something Special...but who is set to play Santa this year? Bluey? Duggee? Mr Tumble? All three of them? Check out the link and you'll see what I mean.

Christmas Sniffles? Think About 2015's Best Event Ever!

It's not Halloween, but I thought I might share it with you...
This is a promo for Shocktober, a CBBC event which introduced Scream Street way back in 2015. I may have missed it, but if I haven't, I would've made up promos based on those Orangina commercials Rusty mentioned three blog posts ago. You know the ones, and I also know that the raunchy one with the Flashdance parody aired during an E4 programme about being au naturale. And Luke, Resus and Cleo know au naturale, they live in the wild in some of my stories. I've been up all night, and I was so tired I tried to go back to sleep! But we're not focusing on Orangina's controversy, we're focusing on other adverts, where the animals advertise the drink as if it were another product. For Naomi's Nightmares Of Nature, it'll be a floor cleaner. For Scooby Doo, it'll be a breakfast drink (because Scooby Doo loves stuffing his face). For Nowhere Boys, it'll be a face cream. And for Scream Street, especially for Scream Street, they'll advertise it as if it were an indulgent product like perfume or much like Snuggle Creme.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, watch the video clicking on the link below (just avoid the controversial ad, right?):

Think Of Star Wars: Galaxy Of Sounds 'Wonder' When You Hear This...

My Trip Out With Charlotte According To Rusty

G'day! Rusty here!
I want to tell you about my friend Sybil and her trip out with Charlotte today. I'm spending Christmas with my mum at home, so after this whole 'Explorers' thing earlier this month, I thought I might tell you a little bit more about what Sybil told me about. Charlotte treated her to a good breakfast - one not served in the bed and breakfast hotel in the story my big cousin likes. You know the one I'm talking about. Anyway, she had a good bacon butty served with a chocolate muffin from Harry Gow's (I didn't know they had muffins for breakfast!), hot chocolate and orange juice. However, the orange juice Charlotte brought had bits in it - eeeeuuurrrgh! And we all know my friend Sybil doesn't like bits, don't we?
Anyway, Sybil tried to introduce Charlotte to her blog, and I heard Charlotte has no brain when it comes to looking at my blog - I mean, she cannot access Youtube for crying out loud! A few minutes later, Charlotte brought out her wood cleaner, and the bottle looked just like a fabric softener.
In fact, Sybil told me the wooden floor polish reminded her of those French Orangina commercials from when they had human like animals. My mum won't let me watch them, because they're too adult. Sybil can watch whatever she wants (except for creepy stuff like Adult Swim's Off The Air and short films by Simon Pummell). I can't let you see it because Youtube won't, but what I can tell you is that Sybil thought about spoofing those adverts for CBBC during its 2015-2017 period, including Arthur (breakfast drinks), Ali-A's Superchargers (mouthwash), Millie Inbetween (floor cleaning), Art Ninja (face cream), The Deep (deodorant), Wolfblood (shampoo), Danger Mouse (aftershave), Blue Peter (fabric conditioner) and especially Scream Street, y'know, it matches the one with the naked panda surrounded by falling rose petals. I have to go because my mum caught me talking about the Orangina commercial with the panda. Bye!

Oh, and one more thing: if you live in Australia, my episode 'Explorers' is available to view. Click the link below and watch these and other fantastic episodes!

I'm Having The Jab Next Week

Good news - I'm not having the jab this week, I'm having it next week! No longer will I feel nervous about having to be pinched in the arm before Christmas. Next Wednesday, Sally will take me, no one strict or demanding like Libby or urging like Charlotte. Maybe I can ask her how the pups at Paw Patrol stay strong and brave when their owner Ryder takes them to the vet the same way she explains to JJ and Reece when they go to the doctor for their vaccination. Be brave, it's Chase!
