I've been really worried and upset about the new episodes, and a lot of questions are roaming around my stressed mind: what will the new episodes be like? Will Cleo leave Resus and Luke and stay with Luella and Six? Will everything be very different? These new episodes are also the unknown to me. So, to help calm anyone else when they're worried about their favourite friends suffering the same way as I am, I've devised 'ScreamMind' - it's a combination of Scream Street and mindfulness. Throughout all of next week, as well as posting the new episodes that'll be airing on CBBC (complete with hilarious introductions), I'll also be posting calming, mindful I.B.F.Fs stories and poems and activities both original and from Cool Australia on how to calm your mind when you're under stress. I'll still be doing I.B.F.F Diaries '15 - Part 1, but now there's a calming edge to my blog, to help you wind down, unplug and connect with nature with me, Luke, Resus and Cleo.
