Firing A White Rabbit...This Cracks Me Up!

The Blue Peter section of the CBBC website has a collection of weird videos from the programme's history, like designer loo seats and a dad singing about Blue Peter and a magician firing a rabbit, the last one I got to admit gave me the giggles. Click the link below to let the weirdness unfold!

The Brora Sessions

Mum just told me that Trish has texted her and asked me to partake in a session where I must write an illustrated storybook - and it can be any kind of storybook I want, ranging from superheroes to slice-of-life comedy. I choose lions, as Me, You, And... is now a part of Brora.
I'm going to take ideas from other Disney shows so that I can make my Me, You, And...story. Speaking of, I know a video that focuses on the same subject:

Swimming In The Rainforest

Back in my old home when everything was quiet and peaceful, I had a dream where I swam in a tranquil lake and then my friends joined in, and we were splashing and laughing in sheer happiness. This dream was exactly the same as this dream, except it was set in a rainforest.
I was walking through the rainforest naked and at one with my surroundings, all alone. I saw a large crystal clear lake nearby and I walked right into it. Soon, I was swimming peacefully in the water, feeling tranquil and at one with myself, safe amongst the beauty of nature and relaxing in the cool, inviting water. Suddenly, whilst swimming underwater, I heard laughter from up on the surface, so I swam up to see my friends Mitchell, Becky, Templeton, Luke, Resus and Cleo swimming in the water with me. I reluctantly join them, splashing about and relaxing with them. This tranquil moment turned into loving happiness that can only be shared with friends.

Christmas In August In My Dreams

Last night, I dreamt that I was in the Kipper episode 'Christmas Eve' and it was amazing, as it was my favourite out of all the episodes featured on Christmas Children's Favourites. Take a look at the episode that inspired my dream:

At Last I've Found It..

I've promised myself not to watch anymore adverts, but this one really gets me because of the way the bear dives into the water and then emerges from a bath, just like in my dream of the rainforest.

Pokemon & Cats That Have Worms

This morning whilst at Grandma's, I saw Pop Max and a Pokemon episode about dreams - think the My Little Pony dream episode but centered around Pokemon. In the episode, Ash and Pikachu won many Pokemon battles in a giant stadium and won many badges, keeping them in a special Pokemon box. As for Team Rocket, they ate delicious food at a restaurant and Jessie became a movie star. Right now I'm watching Power Rangers Ninja Steel to while away the time whilst The Next Step is airing continuously on CBBC, and they have a magic episode where the Blue Ranger performs magic which goes horribly wrong in hilarious ways, and it's what I'd like to call the Power Rangers version of Noddy The Magician.
Before I left, a strange meowing noise caught my attention, so I went to look and saw a cat in next door's garden - it looked very cute and adorable, but unfortunately it had worms in its fur and upon returning home I had to wash my hands. Its fur was all wet, but it felt soft like any cat's fur and it was very soppy and friendly. I decided to name it Pikachu, after the programme I saw on Pop Max on Grandma's TV.

I wonder if Pokemon get worms too?

I Just Watched Vampirina....

Imagine Scream Street for preschoolers - that's exactly what I think when I watched Disney's Vampirina. First, I saw an episode where Vampirina and her friends chased after some dust bunnies, who caused much mischief and mayhem and even brought a pie to the face. Next, I saw a Vampirina Halloween episode - even though it isn't Halloween yet - which featured a song with the young vampire girl dancing around the house preparing for her Halloween party, and the ghost with a spider's web cupcake smile! Apart from all the monster guests invited to Vampirina's halloween party, there was also a scientist who had a pet dragon!

Isn't that weird?

I Feel Like I'm Flying On An Eagle's Back...

Remember that scene in 'The Rescuers Down Under' where Cody goes for a ride on Marahute's back? Last night, I had a dream which was just about that.
Luke, Resus and Cleo were feral and going for a ride on our eagle friend's back. She took us higher and higher up into the sky, and threw me high into the air and caught me with her claws, tickling me before she set off towards the river, carrying me and letting my three friends hold on tight to her back. As we flew low over the river, I felt my feet touch the water, almost as if I'm skidding across the water.
Just as we approached a branch, she suddenly let me go, and I ducked, causing lots of birds to scatter around me. I was losing my balance, but I landed on the eagle's head for safety as she helped me along the river. I then dived over the edge of the waterfall, and Luke, Resus and Cleo leapt off the eagle's back, and we dived straight into the lake far below. The eagle then watched as we splashed each other and relaxed in the water, carefree and loving the freedom of nature.

The Truth About The Clangers

Last night's dream was about a part of I.B.F.F Diaries '15 which unveiled a strange truth to Tiny and Small about their revival.

Well, Tiny and Small were of course extremely shocked to discover Pingu is airing on the same day as the premiere of their episode 'Home Sweet Hoot' as the result of the old Pingu cartridge being found in the storeroom. They demand to know if they have known classic characters before, so Chris and Pui from Show Me Show Me take them to a charity shop to help them find out.
Whilst rummaging through old videos, Tiny and Small are shocked to discover a video named 'The Greatest BBC Children's Video Ever' - and it has them on it! Chris explains to them that this video was released a long time before CBeebies was even around, as the Clangers was just a classic series loved by generations of people, passed down from time to time, year after year, until their revival came out last month. Tiny and Small, finally knowing the truth, at first don't believe such a thing, until finally they realize they shooed the Soup Dragon away that time and feel extremely guilty.
They return to CBeebies and apologize to the Soup Dragon for shooing him away from the music they were going to use to build the Music Boat years ago. Luckily, the Soup Dragon accepts their apology and shakes hands with Tiny, then Small.

I.B.F.F Diaries '17 - 25th January 2017 - Extreme SPELLS!

What's about to happen today is the airing of the fourth episode of The Worst Witch, which debuted on the 25th January 2017, but what viewers watching the show didn't realize was Mildred and Luella had another great adventure.

Mildred and Luella decide to give their show an improvement, filming a sketch called Extreme Spells, where the two show viewers watching The Worst Witch how to perform spells in an extreme and manly fashion ala 'Epic Meal Time'. Whilst attempting a spell, it flies out of control all over CBBC, turning Tyler's hair pink, causing a string of sausages to appear in the cafeteria and causing a bucket of water to fall onto Dennis' head.

Everyone gathers round Mildred's room to complain, and with the string of complaints flooding their minds, Mildred and Luella decide that filming a sketch for the end of every Worst Witch episode isn't such a good idea after all. Luella performs the Universal Undo Spell, turning everything back to normal again.

Luella claims the episode aired taught Mildred her lesson when she let magic loose in CBBC. Let this be a lesson to you, Mildred! It taught you, alright!

Yay, Dumping Ground!

That's the reaction of everyone around the UK when they find out the Dumping Ground is airing its classic episodes on CBBC - the ones that aired before Strange Hill High and Scream Street, where everyone remembers when the YP were left alone. I wish they'd air Jody In Wonderland, as it's the best thing to happen in a drama series since the April Fools episodes of iCarly and Victorious...and possibly the magical episodes of Kipper or Disney Princess: A Royal Celebration.

Here's the music that goes into your head whenever Jody In Wonderland comes on:

Balloons!

Newsround's website has reported on the Bristol International Balloon Festival, an unusual balloon festival that features hot air balloons shaped like Darth Vader, a bear, a panther and a koala. What next, a balloon shaped like Simba from 'The Lion King'?
